FAQ
Q: What do I need to provide to get started?
A: Please provide your dataset (Excel, CSV, or access to your database/cloud source) and a brief description of the key metrics, KPIs, or business questions you want the dashboard to answer. If you have a specific color palette or brand guideline, feel free to include it.
Q: What format will the final delivery be in?
A: I will deliver the native, editable Power BI file (.pbix). If needed, I can also export PDF summaries or help configure access to publish it to your Power BI Service/Cloud environment.
Q: Is my company data kept confidential and secure?
A: Yes, 100%. Your data is treated with strict confidentiality. It will be used solely to design and test your dashboard, and I am happy to work with dummy/anonymized data or sign an NDA if required.
Q: Can you write complex DAX formulas and data models?
A: Yes. I build robust star-schema data models, establish proper table relationships, and write custom DAX measures (time intelligence, custom aggregations, and dynamic KPI calculations) to ensure the report runs fast and accurately.
