What types of website bugs do you fix?
I fix HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React frontend issues. Broken layouts, spacing, fonts, buttons, menus, sliders, forms (non-payment), mobile/responsive problems, and JavaScript console errors. I also fix WordPress and Elementor display issues on business sites, landing pages, blogs, and brochures.
What problems are NOT included in this gig?
I do not fix payment/checkout failures, hacked or malware-infected sites, full website rebuilds, new features built from scratch, complex backend/database work, server/hosting/DNS/SSL setup, or SEO ranking guarantees. If your issue involves payments, security, or backend systems, message me first.
Which package should I choose - Basic, Standard, or Premium?
This purely depends on your needs. If you need a bug or two fixed really fast, choose Basic or Standard. However, if you need a deep page debug and a full debug report, choose Premium. Not sure? Message me with your problem and a screenshot before ordering.
What do you need from me to start?
1. Website URL or code link (GitHub/ZIP) 2. Clear description of what's broken. What should happen vs. what happens 3. Screenshot or screen recording 4. Browser and device you tested on 5. When the problem started. If login is required, please provide access or a staging copy.
How fast will you deliver?
Basic: 1 day | Standard: 2 days | Premium: 3 days Delivery time starts once I have clear details and access. Most small bugs are fixed within 12 hours if information is complete. Need it faster? Message me before ordering.
Do you work with WordPress and Elementor?
Yes. I fix broken sections, widgets not displaying, mobile layout issues, CSS conflicts after updates, and theme/plugin display problems. Full plugin development, payment/checkout issues, and hacked site recovery are not included in standard packages.
Do you fix Shopify or e-commerce store issues?
I fix frontend display issues. Product page layout, cart button styling, mobile bugs, and theme CSS problems. I do not fix checkout failures, payment gateway errors, or complex third-party app conflicts in standard packages. Message me first if your store issue involves payments.
Will you test the fix before delivery?
Of course! Every order includes testing on desktop and mobile. Standard and Premium packages include additional checks. I'll tell you exactly what I tested and send a short summary of what was wrong and what I changed.
What if my bug is bigger than the package I ordered?
I'll message you before doing extra work. We can upgrade to Standard or Premium, or I can send a custom offer. I won't deliver a partial fix without explaining what's needed. No surprise charges for you.
Do you offer revisions and support after delivery?
Yes. Basic includes 1 revision, Standard includes 2, Premium includes 3. Revisions cover the same issue within the original scope. Premium includes 7-day message support for questions about the same fix. New unrelated bugs or features require a new order or custom offer.
