I have run Japanese restaurants since 2010 and won the Hokkaido title at Omurice Stadium 2019 in Japan. Before that, I was a systems engineer for about 10 years. Run omurice (Japanese omelette rice) restaurants in Japan since December 2010, and now a Japanese restaurant at Japan Food Hub in Tbilisi, Georgia. Work on concept, menu, food cost, pricing, staff, marketing and design. Won the Hokkaido title at Omurice Stadium 2019. Built our own QR table ordering system and social media automation.
