I design custom glass bottles for spirits brands: tequila, whiskey, vodka and rum. I go past the paper label, shaping the glass itself, the screen print on it, and the stopper on top. Core work: • custom tequila and whiskey bottle shapes • screen-printed vodka bottles • bottle caps and wooden stoppers • tumbler and drinkware wraps • 3D bottle renders. I work in Blender, Fusion 360 and Adobe Illustrator daily. You receive renders, STEP files, size drawings and print-ready artwork. What do you need from me to start?
Your tumbler or bottle model, the blank supplier's template if you have it, print method, theme, colours and any art or logos to include.
Can you work from a sketch, photo or design I like?
Yes. A sketch or reference shows the direction. I draw an original tumbler wrap and never copy other sellers' artwork, characters or logos.
Will my sublimation printer or engraver accept the files?
Yes. High-resolution PNG and PDF at the wrap's true size for sublimation or UV print, and clean single-colour SVG or AI for laser engraving.
How do you stop a wrap looking crooked on a tapered cup?
Tapered cups need a curved, warped template. I build the wrap on that curve, so straight lines stay straight once it is on the cup.
Which tumbler sizes do you design for?
Common 20 oz skinny, 30 oz and 40 oz tumblers, plus water bottles and kids' cups. For any other blank I need the print height and circumference.
Can one design work for wrap printing and engraving?
Yes. The set package gives a full-colour wrap and a single-colour engrave version of the same design, adjusted so the engrave lines hold up.
Do you print, engrave or ship tumblers?
No. I deliver digital files only. Printing and engraving are done by you or your supplier. I prepare the files to your machine's specs.
