My host suspended my account. Can you still help?
Yes. Suspension for malware is common and fixable. If you can give me hosting panel or FTP access, I can clean the infected files directly and you can send the host proof of cleanup - most hosts restore the site quickly after that.
Will my website go down while you clean it?
No. Malware removal works on the infected files directly, so your WordPress site stays online during cleanup. I also take a full backup before I start, so nothing is ever at risk of being lost.
What access do you need from me?
WordPress admin plus hosting panel (cPanel) or FTP access. Hosting access matters because malware often hides outside the WordPress folder. Change your passwords before sharing, and change them again after delivery - I'll remind you.
Will the malware come back after removal?
Cleanup alone can't promise that, which is why I find and close the entry point - outdated plugins, weak passwords, hidden backdoors. Standard and Premium include hardening and firewall setup, and Premium adds a 30-day re-infection warranty.
Can you remove the Google warning / blacklist?
Yes. Once your site scans clean I submit the review request to Google Search Console for the deceptive site warning. Google usually re-checks within about 72 hours, and I include this in the Premium package.
Do you work on WooCommerce and large sites?
Yes - WooCommerce stores, membership sites and multisite installs are all fine. Large or heavily infected sites may need the Standard or Premium package; message me your URL first and I'll confirm the right tier before you order.
How long does the cleanup take?
Most sites are clean and verified within 24 hours of getting access. Heavily infected sites or host-suspended accounts can take up to 2-3 days. If you need it faster, send a message about that
Do I need to buy any premium plugins?
No. The full cleanup and hardening is done with trusted free tools like Wordfence and the Sucuri scanner, so there is no extra cost after the order. If you already own premium security plugins, I'll happily configure those instead.
Can you tell me how my site got hacked?
Yes. Finding the entry point is part of every package - usually an outdated plugin, a weak password or an old backdoor. I close it during hardening and tell you exactly what it was in plain English, so it doesn't happen again.
Is it safe to share my login details with you?
Your access is used only for the cleanup. Share credentials through Fiverr's chat only, change your passwords before sharing, and change them again the moment I deliver - I'll remind you. You can also create a temporary admin user instead.
