First Direction: a 1 to 2 page initial proposition covering the central idea, target guest and three defining features. One written clarification included. No meetings, research or alternative concepts.

Ready for more? Concept Development is $5,000 for a 6 to 8 page core concept. Detailed Concept Brief starts at $15,000 for 12 to 16 pages covering the guest journey, up to 3 facilities and an operator/design-team brief. Message me to agree scope, stages, price and timing before booking development.

Development covers one hotel building, up to 100 rooms. Larger hotels and resorts receive a tailored proposal. Drawings, financial studies and delivery support are separate next steps.
