I will clean and deduplicate your CSV, database export or CRM contact list

Data comes out of a system the way the system stored it, not the way you need it. Two exports that use different column names for the same field. Dates in four formats because three people entered them. The same customer appearing four times because someone typed the name slightly differently each time.

I clean it, and I tell you exactly what I changed.

ON DUPLICATES

Most duplicate problems aren't exact matches. Robert Smith and Bob Smith at the same address are one person, and no exact-match tool catches it. I flag near-matches for your review rather than merging them silently. Anything I merge automatically, I show you.

WHERE THE DATA IS GOING MATTERS

Cleaning for a mail merge and cleaning for an accounting import are different jobs with different rules. Tell me the destination system and I'll match its import format, so the file loads on the first attempt instead of the fourth.
