How The "Credit System" Works:
We don't lock you into one type of video.
You get a set number of "Creative Credits" every month to use however you want:
- 1 Credit = 1 Vertical Video (TikTok/Reels/Shorts) - 15s
- 2 Credits = 1 Horizontal Commercial (Amazon/Website) - 30s
- 3 Credits = 1 Premium Commercial - 60s
- 4 Credits = 1 App/SaaS Walkthrough - 2 Mins
Example:
With the Standard Plan (10 Credits), you could order:
- 10 TikToks
OR
- 2 Commercials + 6 TikToks
OR
- 5 Horizontal Commercials

How it works
Here are the steps to complete your Basic package project:

Before Ordering Before you order, tell us the media package you are interested in and some info about your product(s). Then, we will send you a quote.

Sending Us Your Product (Physical) For physical products, you will need to send them (after you place the order). For liability reasons, we do not accept products before an order is placed. We also do not order products.

Sending Us Your Product (Digital) You will need to send us your App, Screenshots, TestFlight, Code, Link, Mockups, etc. If your product doesn't work, it may delay your order or cost additional for re-shoots.

Scriptwriting Once you order, you will need to fill out a short form (link to form on order page) so we can get the info to make your script. We will write a script and send it back for approval before filming.

Video shooting We will shoot your video according to the approved script, whether that is written by us or provided by you.

What actors and how many do I get?
Actors in the gig video are who we use. Pricing includes up to 3 actors. Actors' schedules are sporadic, so we can't guarantee a specific actor. We offer custom casting for an additional cost. Learn more here - https://thinkenvy.com/actors
What settings or locations do I get?
Base pricing includes normal locations and sets like cafe, office, home, basic cars, and other normal areas, seen in the videos we’ve produced. If you need a specific location or night filming, it would be an additional fee. Learn more here - https://envycreative.notion.site/locations
Can I be on set during the shoot or can I be in the video?
Unfortunately, since we have tight deadlines, our policy is that we don't allow clients on set or in videos. We use trained actors and crew for each of our videos, to keep things moving fast, and cannot afford to have clients there since it slows down production.
What do you do with the video after it's done?
We reserve the right to publish the video we make online on our Youtube channel, Facebook page, etc. as a work sample only. By ordering, you agree to this. However, if we publish the video and you would like it taken down, please just let us know and we will take it down as soon as we can.
What about the copyright and usage for the video?
You're not buying the copyright, but the production and limited-usage license. Meaning: you can post it online. If you want it on TV, Film, Radio, you'll need an extended-usage license from us. By ordering, you agree to this. Learn more here - https://thinkenvy.com/copyright

What if I already have a script written?
If you have a script, please send it before placing your order. Because of the way this gig works, we still charge for the scriptwriting service, so we suggest taking advantage of it! Otherwise, we can review and revise your script if needed to get the best video out of it!
What if I want a longer video?
Our pricing is based on the creative credits you get. If you need a video that is longer than what is included in what you can choose with your creative credits, check out our other gig where we can make you a longer video!
Can I get the footage or project files?
We offer full production of videos. We don't provide raw video footage, project files, or separate video/audio files. We do all the post-production too. We do archive all our projects, so if you ever need a quick fix or quick edit, later on, we should be able to do that for you free of charge.
Video Format and Orientation
We deliver videos in full HD, MP4 files since this is the best format for uploading online. For this gig, we will deliver the videos depending on which video style you spend your creative credits on.
