Over six months of project management, I directed vehicle transportation and venue preparations while maintaining rigorous progress tracking and risk management. On the event day, I successfully hosted the president of Bosch (a global company with approximately 400,000 employees worldwide) and executed the event flawlessly. The client remarked that they thought I was "a Germany resident familiar with the country," and I was subsequently nominated for the Jr. Management Program—a distinction awarded to only a few employees out of 30,000 in Japan.
