Will I lose any emails?
No. I copy data first, then switch DNS, then run a final sync so mail sent during the switch is not lost.
How much downtime is there?
Usually none. Email keeps flowing; only the DNS switch takes a short time to spread.
Do I need to buy Microsoft 365 licenses first?
Yes, you buy the licenses so you own the account. I will tell you which plan to choose.
Can you migrate large mailboxes?
Yes. Very large mailboxes or archives may take extra time; I will confirm before you order.
