I work with professionals across career stages, with a strong focus on tech and tech-adjacent roles. I bring hiring-side experience from my time as a manager at Zapier, where I reviewed resumes, conducted technical interviews, helped decide which candidates moved forward, and coached recruiters and talent sourcers.

What do you need from me to get started?
Please send your current resume, the types of roles you’re targeting, and 1–3 job postings that are representative of what you want. If you ordered LinkedIn optimization, I’ll also need your public LinkedIn URL to review your profile.
Do you tailor my resume to a specific job posting?
I target your resume to one type of role. Example, if you’re pursuing Product Manager roles, the resume will be built for Product Manager positions. If you also want to target a different role, such as Technical Account Manager, you’ll need a separate targeted resume as a Gig Extra.
What is included in the resume review report?
I’ll explain what is already working, what needs improvement, and why. The report covers areas such as structure, positioning, skills, accomplishments, keyword use, and anything that may make it harder for your experience to come through clearly.
Will my resume work with applicant tracking systems?
I structure and format resumes with ATS in mind so important information can be read and evaluated before the resume reaches a recruiter or hiring manager. No one can guarantee how every system will process a resume, but I avoid formatting and writing choices that commonly create problems.
Will my resume still sound like me?
Yes. The point is to present your experience more clearly, not turn you into someone else. I’ll strengthen the language and positioning while keeping the final resume accurate to your actual background and accomplishments.
What does LinkedIn optimization include?
I review your LinkedIn profile and provide a document with revised copy for your headline, About section, experience, skills, and other relevant sections. You can copy and paste the updates directly into LinkedIn so your profile and resume are aligned.
Can you work with me if I’m changing careers or targeting different types of roles?
Yes. I work with professionals across career stages, including people entering the workforce, changing direction, moving into more senior roles, or returning to individual contributor work. The starting point is always your actual experience and where you want to go next.
