Is this a legal permit drawing or official HOA approval?
No. These are 3D concept visuals that help your HOA board see your project clearly. They are not construction drawings, engineered plans or permit documents, and I cannot guarantee HOA approval.
What do I need to send you to get started?
Please send 3 to 4 clear photos of your property (front and sides), your ideas or reference images, and any HOA color or material rules. Measurements help but are optional.
Do you build the 3D model from my photos?
Yes. I build the 3D model from your photos and details, then apply your colors and materials. If you already have a 3D or CAD file, message me first so I can check it.
What do the before and after images look like?
You get your current property next to the new design, shown from the same angle, so your HOA board can compare the changes at a glance.
Can you show different paint and siding color options?
Yes. Standard and Premium are built for comparing options. You can also add the Extra color option to any package to see another paint or siding color.
Can you render clubhouses, playgrounds, parks or entrance signs?
Yes. Message me first with photos or a short brief. Premium includes a community render, or you can add the Clubhouse render extra to any package.
How many revisions and how fast is delivery?
Basic includes 1 revision, Standard 2 and Premium 3. Delivery takes 2, 4 or 6 days depending on the package. Extra revisions and fast delivery are available as add-ons.
Which files do I receive, and can I get the source file?
You receive high-resolution JPG/PNG images, plus a board-ready PDF in Standard and Premium. The source file is included in Premium and available as an extra on other packages.
