I will build a google sheets enquiry tracker with a custom form

Stop copying enquiries into a spreadsheet by hand. I will build one standalone custom form and a Google Sheets tracker for a small internal workflow.

Basic: up to 5 fields, required-field checks, retry protection using an agreed enquiry identifier, and a written guide.

Standard: Basic plus up to 3 fixed categories, a status column and one internal email notification per accepted enquiry.

Premium: Standard plus a neutral acknowledgement draft saved for human review and a simple review view; up to 8 fields. No automatic customer emails.

Built with Google Apps Script and explicit rules; AI is not required. We agree fields and acceptance examples in writing. Delivery includes tests for valid, incomplete and repeated submissions.

Existing website integration, CRM, payments, high volume and sensitive-data systems require a separate scope. Message me before ordering these.
