I will create custom snippet variables for yoast SEO

If you want to improve your SEO fields such as titles and descriptions by adding dynamic values based on page contents, this is the right place.

My name is Miloš, I'm a Full Stack Web Developer from Serbia.

As the title says, I will create custom snippet variables for Yoast SEO plugin.

In Yoast SEO you can setup a search appearance for post types, taxonomies and pages.

Yoast SEO provides some snippet variables, but if you want to include a date and a time of the post, or custom field value, or a post term in the title or the description then you need a custom snippet variable.

Also, if you have some scheduled posts (like matches in SportsPress), we could setup dynamic descriptions and titles, and they would change based on the post status.

For example, if you run a sports league web site:

If the match is sheduled, so has to be played yet the title would be: "Barcelona - Inter, 12.10.2022. 21:00". But once the match is played the title would automatically change to "Barcelona - Inter 3:3".
