What do I need to get started?
You'll receive a discovery questionnaire to share your brand's vision, goals, audience, preferences, and visual references. You can complete it at your own pace. The more thoughtfully you share your ideas, the better I can translate them into a brand that feels like yours.
Do we need to schedule a call?
Not at all! My process is designed to work asynchronously, so you can share your ideas and answer questions at your own pace through Fiverr. If you'd prefer to discuss your project live, calls can be arranged when needed.
What's the difference between the packages?
Brand Direction focuses on creative clarity and visual foundations for an existing logo. Brand Identity includes a custom logo and a cohesive visual identity. Brand Universe offers a more comprehensive approach to brand strategy, visual identity, and detailed brand guidelines.
Do you design logos for the Brand Direction package?
Brand Direction does not include logo design. You'll need an existing logo to work with. If you're starting from scratch and need a new logo, Brand Identity or Brand Universe will be a better fit.
Can I request changes to the final design?
Each package includes a specific number of revision rounds. Revisions are intended to refine the agreed direction, not to introduce an entirely new concept or expand the original scope. Please share your feedback clearly in one consolidated message per round.
Do you work in English and Spanish?
Yes! Communication and project delivery are available in both English and Spanish. You can choose whichever language feels most natural to you.
