FAQ
What is the difference between your Basic, Standard, and Premium packages?
The packages are based on the complexity of your image, not the features you receive. Basic is for very simple logos/icons with few details (e.g., simple text, basic shapes). Standard is for logos with moderate detail. Premium is for complex designs, mascots, illustrations, or very blurry/damaged.
Do you use auto-tracing software?
Absolutely not. I perform 100% manual vector tracing using Adobe Illustrator. This guarantees that your vector file is perfectly clean, layered, and has the minimum required anchor points. Auto-tracing creates messy, unusable files, which I never deliver.
What files will I receive with my order?
You will receive a complete set of files with every order. This includes the fully scalable vector source files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) and high-resolution, print-ready raster files (Transparent PNG & JPG).
Can you also edit or modify my logo?
Yes! That is a key part of my service. I can change colors, update text, remove or add elements, or modify the layout as you need. For any modifications beyond a simple trace, please select the Standard or Premium package, or message me to discuss your needs.
My image is very blurry and low-quality. Can you still fix it?
Yes, in 99% of cases, I can. Recreating a logo from a very blurry, low-resolution, or damaged image requires more time and effort, so it typically falls under my Premium package. Please send me the image first so I can confirm that the quality is workable.
What if I have more than one image to vectorize?
My packages are priced per image (Number of images: 1). If you have multiple images, please message me with all of them, and I will create a Custom Offer for you, often with a bulk discount!

Working with this seller was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I gave him a very complex request—creating a custom design from scratch that merged two different university logos (UNLV's Rebel Vets and UofA Bama) along with specific custom text. He took every single requirement I threw at him...

Ongoing collaborationHasan was professional, quite competent, and anxious to work with me when my misunderstanding created some difficulty with making myself clear. He wanted to please and was even more anxious to do a perfect job. The quality of his work is more important to him than the price, which makes it easy to take advantage of him. I hope you won't.
