What do you need to get started?
Please send a measured floor plan or clear sketch, your requirements, and the dimensions of furniture you want to keep. Photos are helpful. Include doors, windows, columns and fixed services.
Can you work from a hand-drawn sketch?
Yes, if the measurements are clear and complete. I use the dimensions you provide, so please verify them before work begins. Missing measurements may need clarification.
What is the difference between layout options and revisions?
Layout options are different arrangements for the same agreed area. One option is developed into the final plan. A revision is one consolidated feedback round within the original brief, not a new room, larger area or entirely new brief.
Can you include my existing furniture?
Yes. Send the width, depth and height of each item, along with photos if available. Let me know which items must stay and which can be replaced.
Do you include 3D renders or editable source files?
These packages include 2D plans in PDF and JPG only. If you need 3D visualization or an editable file, message me before ordering so I can confirm availability, format and a separate quote.
Are these drawings suitable for permits or construction?
These are interior layout plans for design decisions. They are not permit, structural, MEP or fabrication drawings. Any proposed building alterations must be checked by qualified local professionals before work starts.
What if my project is larger or has multiple floors?
Please message me with the total area, number of floors and requirements. I will review the scope and provide a custom offer. Standard and Premium each cover one residential floor within the stated area limit.
Will you change walls or the kitchen and bathroom locations?
The packages assume existing walls and fixed services stay in place. If you want to explore changes, tell me before ordering. Any agreed layout proposal involving alterations remains subject to local technical review.
