Do you provide hosting/domain name registration?
Yes, I provide hosting & domain registration services. I will recommend you to purchase this from me because i'll manage all these things in my own way for you. You'll never have to worry about anything else. Note : You'll have to pay extra for this. Please contact me for further details.
I am ready to purchase! What do I need to get started?
You would need a domain name and a hosting account (if you don't have these I will assist you).I will also need your logo (optional), names & no. of pages, a few sentences about your website/company, e mail address to configure form, a few images from google (I will try to arrange similar ones).
Do you upload the website on my hosting to make it live?
Yes, I will do this for you at no additional cost *if* you provide your Hosting Control Panel url, username and password before I begin working.
Can you make custom websites based on my requirement ?
Yes, but please contact me in inbox and discuss the order requirements with me before placing the order
How should I supply the content for my website?
It is helpful to me if you are able to provide text and photographs in electronic form – for example, the files output by a digital camera and the copy in MS word or similar format. You can send everything through Fiverr or alternatives like Google Drive / Dropbox
Can I have your email/contact/skype details so we can communicate easily?
Sorry, this is totally against Fiverr TOS! All communication with the client is to be done in writing via the Fiverr message board. All payment is to be made via Fiverr. I do not accept job offers that go against Fiverr TOS.
Why should I message you before placing an order?
By doing so I will be able to show you more examples of my work and more importantly, I will be able to tell you if the above packages will cover your site or a custom quote will be needed.
When can I see a mock up? I need to deliver this website to a client or meet a tight deadline and I am in a hurry!
If you are in a hurry, I strongly recommend purchasing Rush Delivery. I am unable to show a mockup unless the wordpress theme/design is actually created and I can only deliver that on due date when I deliver the order. I am unable to show the website on development server beforehand.
What if I do not like any feature of my website? Will you make revisions?
In case there is any issue, please contact me within 10 days of delivery of website & I will try to resolve ASAP. I cannot accept responsibility if contacted with any issues after weeks, months or years!! Please note that I will make revisions free of cost if contacted within 10 days of delivery.
What happens if I lose my website due to an incompetent hosting or due to deletion of an area of website by mistake?
I cannot accept responsibility if after delivery of website, any changes are made to theme/plugin files that cause the website to malfunction.I do not keep website backups after delivery of website unless it is requested by client before the completion of project.
