Q: Do you create or provide trading strategies?
No. I only build the automation and execution infrastructure. You provide your working TradingView strategy — I connect it to your exchange account and handle reliable execution.
Q: Who owns the AWS account and pays for hosting?
You do. The AWS account must be created and owned by you, and AWS billing is paid directly by you to AWS. My deployment fee covers setup and configuration only — not ongoing hosting costs.
Q: What happens if I stop the monthly maintenance plan?
Your bot keeps running — it isn't automatically disabled. However, technical support, monitoring, and bug fixes pause until maintenance is renewed.
Q: Do you guarantee trading profits?
No. This is a software automation service, not financial advice. I don't guarantee profits, returns, or order fills — results depend on your strategy and market conditions.
Q: What exchanges do you support?
Binance (Spot & Futures), Bybit, and OKX are directly supported. Other exchanges can be evaluated on request.
Q: What do I need to provide before we start?
A working TradingView strategy with defined alert conditions, your AWS account, and exchange API keys (with withdrawal permissions disabled for security).
