Most sites at this price are a template with your logo dropped in. This one is designed for your business first.
Here is how it works. Before a single line of code is written, you get a real design in Figma. Your homepage, your colors, your type, your layout. You approve it, or I change it. Only then do I build.
I work with a full time designer, so you are not paying a developer to guess at visuals. The site is hand coded in Next.js, not assembled from a page builder, so it loads fast and you own every file.

FAQ
Will I own the code and the design files?
Yes. You get the full source code and the Figma file on delivery. Nothing is locked to me, and any developer can pick the project up later without my help.
What if I do not like the design?
You see the design before I build anything, which is the whole point of this process. If the first direction misses, I redesign it rather than tweak it, and your package revisions cover that.
Do I need to buy hosting?
For most sites hosting is free on Vercel or Netlify and I set it up for you. You only need a domain, usually around 12 dollars a year. If you already have hosting, I can deploy there instead.
Can I edit the text myself afterwards?
Yes, on Standard and Premium. I connect a simple CMS so you can change text and images from a dashboard without touching code, and I record a short walkthrough so you know where everything lives.
What do you need from me to start?
Your logo and brand colors if you have them, the text for each page, and two or three sites you like. Bullet points are fine if the copy is not written yet. Full copywriting is available as an extra.
How many pages do I actually need?
Most small businesses need five: home, services, about, proof and contact. Message me what you sell and I will tell you which pages will earn their keep and which ones are a waste of your budget.
