You must provide the word format of the contracts, standard form of contract like FIDIC red book, yellow book or NEC standard bidding document.

I will only review the contract and add my suggestions with the track change. The final version will be decided by the client.
What will be discussed in the zoom/google meet/teams call?
I will advise on the recommended changes in the contracts. It is upon the client consent whether to accept it or reject it.
