Build and maintain the data automation pipeline that feeds the company’s CRM. What I built • An end-to-end ETL pipeline in Python: scraping → cleaning → validation → CRM upload, running automatically on a daily schedule • Scrapers for 60+ association and directory websites, including JavaScript-rendered pages and sites with anti-bot protection • A deduplication system keyed on company registration numbers, so records update instead of duplicating as the database grows • A classification step that scores and tags leads by priority, so the sales team works the right accounts first Results • 100,000+ company records collected, cleaned and loaded • Manual data handling cut by roughly 30% • Work that previously took a person days now runs overnight without supervision How I work I design pipelines to handle the easy 90% automatically and flag the rest for human review, rather than chasing 100% automation and breaking silently. Everything is logged, so when a source site changes, I know exactly where it failed.
