Miraj provided the real estate cash buyers list timely. Apparently, I wasn't clear, though. I intended to request a list of buyers for properties in a certain USA zip code. Instead, I received a list of owners in the zip code, not properties in a zip code. So, I would suggest to just be very clear with instructions. Maraj was pleasant to work with.

Maybe there was some type of miscommunication but I was looking for preforeclosure leads. Meaning, people who are behind on their mortgage. I've looked up 10 of the people on here out of the 150 I was given & NONE of them are in any type of preforeclosure. These leads are of no use to me. I'm only out...
