I provide professional reverse engineering and scan to CAD services that transform physical mechanical parts, 3D scans, STL, OBJ, mesh and point cloud data into clean, editable parametric CAD models ready for modification, prototyping and manufacturing.


I reconstruct mechanical components with engineering intent rather than simply converting a mesh. Services include physical part reconstruction, STL to STEP, OBJ to CAD, mesh to solid modeling, parametric feature creation, geometry repair, dimensional reconstruction, replacement part development and CAD redesign.


I can prepare models for CNC machining, 3D printing, injection molding, casting and other manufacturing processes, with DFM considerations, critical dimensions, fits and tolerances where the reference data supports them.
