Do you use AI in the designing process?
No AI will be used at all.
Is the seller good at communicating in English?
Definitely, I am from an English school background.
What If buyer doesn't like the logo provided?
Revisions are unlimited in the premium package. I will provide until the buyer is satisfied. But definitely, there's a margin between satisfaction and misuse of privilege. Refund takes place in special cases.
Does buyer get refund If I am not satisfied at all?
Definitely. I can't demand what I don't deserve.
Does buyer get discounts if he is a repeated client?
Obviously yes. Also, additional works will be provided upon request. Art is difficult!
Does the artist use copyrighted elements?
Never. All my works are purely mine and sold to the owner for sole purpose of personal use and commercial use upon request.
If the gig is 3 Days duration, when does the buyer receive his first draft?
In the 2nd Day of the order
What does the Social Media Kit include?
All kinds of digital communications: Facebook cover, google plus cover, twitter profile header, sound cloud cover, youtube channel art etc. The logo will be placed on different banners and size ratios according to the social media platforms.
What if the order is automatically completed by fiverr because buyer didn't notice the deadline or didn't order a revision on time?
The order will be completed. I have invested my time on the work. Buyer didn't notice. Exceptions will be made under special circumstances .
How does the seller transfer copyright of elements provided to the buyer?
I will attach a signed soft copy of licence transfer upon request.
