Gig Summary
About this gig
Need a salon or med spa website that fills your calendar, not just looks pretty? I build fast, elegant WordPress websites for beauty businesses, with online booking and an AI assistant that answers clients 24/7.
Most beauty websites lose bookings because:
- Clients can't book in two taps on mobile
- Prices and services are hard to find
- Calls and DMs go unanswered after hours
What you get:
- Luxury, mobile-first design that matches your brand
- Online booking: Vagaro, Fresha, Square, Boulevard, GlossGenius, or a WordPress booking system with deposits
- AI chat assistant trained on your services, prices and policies
- Service menu, gallery, reviews, Google Maps, gift cards and product shop (WooCommerce)
- Speed optimization and on-page SEO
- Easy editing with Elementor, plus a video tutorial
Perfect for hair and nail salons, lash and brow studios, barbershops, day spas, med spas and aesthetic clinics.
Why me: on Fiverr since 2013, 700+ projects delivered (4.9 stars), and free support after launch.
Send me your salon name and current website or booking app. I'll reply with a free plan and the right package.
Respect third-party rights
Please be aware that it is against Fiverr's policies for sellers to include themes, templates, or any other elements that infringe third-party rights or applicable laws in the delivered work. Read more about in our Guide to Responsible Digital Creation.

FAQ
Can you connect my booking app (Vagaro, Fresha, Square)?
Yes. I embed or link Vagaro, Fresha, Square Appointments, Boulevard, GlossGenius, Mindbody and similar tools. No booking app yet? I set up a WordPress booking system with services, staff, time slots and optional deposits via Stripe or PayPal.
How does the AI chat assistant work?
I train it on your services, prices, hours and policies. It answers common questions 24/7 and sends visitors to your booking page. It runs on a chatbot plugin or service; any monthly usage fee is paid by you, and I help you pick a low-cost option.
What do you need from me to start?
Your logo, service menu with prices, photos, and booking app details (if any). Missing content? I add clean placeholder text and help you write the key sections.
Can I edit the website myself later?
Yes. I build with WordPress and Elementor, so you can change prices, photos and text yourself. You also get a short video showing how.
Do you set up hosting and a domain?
Yes. I set up hosting and domain for you, bought in your name so you own everything. I recommend a fast, affordable host for your budget.
Is it suitable for a med spa? What about patient data?
Yes, I design for med spas and aesthetic clinics. I don't store medical records on WordPress. For intake or consent forms, I connect your existing HIPAA-compliant platform so sensitive data stays there.
Can you redesign my current salon website?
Yes. I can refresh your current WordPress site or move you from Wix or Squarespace to WordPress, keeping your content and basic SEO.
What support do I get after delivery?
Free bug fixes and small tweaks: 14 days on Salon Launch, 30 days on Booking-Ready, 60 days on Growth Suite. After that, an optional monthly care plan covers updates, backups and AI assistant tuning.
