Outstanding troubleshooting skills. Rather than applying a generic cleanup, the seller identified a hidden server-level reinfection source that multiple previous attempts had missed. Communication was clear throughout the project, and the final report gave me confidence the issue was genuinely resolved. Highly recommended for complex WordPress security work.
