Do I need to give you admin access?
Usually yes, after we agree on the task. Depending on the issue I may also need hosting, staging or payment/shipping configuration access. Do not send passwords before we agree on the scope.
Can you fix payment or checkout problems without breaking live orders?
I will first identify the cause and use the safest practical approach. For risky changes I may recommend staging, a backup or a low-traffic maintenance window before touching the live checkout.
Can you work with an existing WooCommerce store?
Yes. This service is specifically suitable for existing WordPress and WooCommerce sites that need fixes, improvements or troubleshooting without a full rebuild.
What if I have several different problems?
