Jan 2004 - Mar 2009 • 5 yrs 2 mos
Worked at a Japanese real estate company specializing in services for international clients, primarily providing concierge services and customer support. My responsibilities included welcoming and assisting international clients, handling inquiries in English, providing local information and recommendations, and supporting daily office operations. I also assisted with administrative tasks, document preparation, and sales-related activities. Through this experience, I developed strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond flexibly to different client needs. Working with international customers also gave me valuable experience in cross-cultural communication and customer service.
