I will build a custom web app, frontend, backend or full stack, from your spec

About this gig
Need a web app built, or just half of it? I take on the frontend only, the backend only, or the whole thing. Every project starts with a short written spec, so we agree on what gets built before any code is written.
Building software is my day job. At work, I help maintain a large production ERP. On my own, I've shipped a membership platform with more than 31 data models and real-time chat, and a multi-vendor marketplace with online payments.
What I build:
- Admin dashboards and internal tools
- CRM, inventory, order, and booking systems
- School, coaching and membership portals
- SaaS MVPs and customer portals
- REST APIs for web and mobile apps
Frontend: React, Next.js, Vue, or Angular.
Backend: Node.js, ASP.NET Core, Laravel, or Django.
Database: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or MongoDB.
How it works: we agree on the spec, I build in milestones you can check on a staging link, and I add tests for the parts that matter. At the end, the code, the docs, and every account are in your name.
Bigger than a package? Message me first, and I'll send an offer split into milestones, so you pay as each part is approved.

FAQ
Which package should I pick?
Frontend if you already have a backend or an API. Backend if you have a frontend or a mobile app that needs an API. Full stack if you're starting from an idea or a design. Not sure? Send me a short description, and I'll tell you.
Can you build something bigger than these packages?
Yes, most real projects are. I write a short spec first, then send a custom offer split into milestones, so you pay as each part is delivered and approved.
Do you write a spec before coding?
Always. You get a short document with the roles, screens, data, and milestones, and nothing gets built until you approve it. It keeps us both clear on what done means.
Who owns the code and the accounts?
You do. The code goes to your GitHub or GitLab, and I set up hosting, database, domain, and email accounts in your name. Open-source libraries keep their own licenses, and I license small tools I reuse across projects to you for good. My access is removed at handover.
Can you work on an app I already have?
Yes, as long as I can run it locally. I read the code first and tell you honestly what's solid and what needs work before I quote anything.
What if something breaks after delivery?
You get 30 days of free fixes for anything that doesn't match the approved spec. After that, I offer a monthly care plan for updates and small fixes, or single fixes whenever you need them.
How do you handle changes during the project?
Small tweaks to a screen are covered by revisions. New features are written up as a change request with their own price and time, and only go ahead once you approve them, so the agreed milestones never move without your OK.
Do you also do the design?
If you have a Figma file or a reference site, I'll match it closely. If not, I'll build a clean, consistent layout from a proven UI kit. For a full brand design, a designer is the better choice, and I'm happy to work with yours.
How do you use AI tools?
I use Claude Code and Codex to move faster on routine code. Every change is reviewed line by line and tested before delivery, and I take full responsibility for it. Your code goes to an AI tool only if you agree. Prefer no AI? Tell me before ordering.
