Do you need access to my tenant?
Not always. Many issues can be solved from logs and screenshots. For Standard and Premium I either use a temporary admin account or guide you live via a Fiverr call.
What if you can’t fix the issue?
I always tell you the root cause and the next steps. If I see upfront that it's outside my scope, I'll tell you before you order.
Which logs should I send?
For Intune apps: IntuneManagementExtension.log. For enrollment: the MDM diagnostics ZIP (mdmdiagnosticstool). For ConfigMgr: the relevant client logs. I'll tell you exactly which ones.
Do you also support ConfigMgr (SCCM)?
Yes. Client issues, deployments, co-management and workload switching are part of my daily work.
Which package do I need?
