Do you need access to my Intune tenant?
Only for Premium or the "Upload to Intune" extra. Otherwise you get a ready-to-upload .intunewin file with all install, uninstall and detection settings.
Can every app be packaged?
Almost every app can. If your app needs special handling (license server, many dependencies, custom configuration), I'll tell you before you order and send a custom offer.
What do I need to provide?
The installer or a download link, the required version and any settings like license keys, config files or language. That's it
How do you test the packages?
Every package is tested on a clean Windows 10/11 virtual machine: install, detection and uninstall, so it works on first deployment.
Can you update apps I already deployed?
Yes. I can create a new version with supersedence so devices update automatically. Message me for a custom offer.
Is my data safe?
Yes. I only use the access you grant for the order and recommend a temporary admin account that you disable afterwards. Your installers and data are never shared.
