Will the compressed video lose any visual quality?
No. I calibrate every video using Netflix's VMAF metric to achieve a score of 95+ (Visual Lossless). This means that to the human eye, the compressed video will look identical to your original source file, even on large screens.
Which video formats and codecs do you accept?
I accept ALL video formats (MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV, WebM, ProRes, etc.). You can choose the output codec (H.264, H.265/HEVC, or AV1). If you're not sure which one to pick, I will automatically select the best option for your goals.
Is there a limit on how many files I can send per order?
No file count limits! You can send 1 large 50 GB video or 100 short clips, as long as the total combined size fits within your selected package tier ($5 / 10 GB, $15 / 50 GB, $35 / 150 GB).
Can I get a free test before ordering?
Yes, absolutely! Send me a message with a link to your video (or a snippet), and I will create a free 15-second multi-scene test sample showing you the exact visual quality and estimated space savings.
Will my video's resolution, frame rate, or audio quality change?
By default, everything stays intact. I preserve original resolution (4K, 1080p), frame rate (24/30/60 fps), and original audio quality. If you specifically want to downscale resolution or compress audio, just let me know in the order requirements.
What if my total file size exceeds the 150 GB package?
If you have massive archives (200 GB, 500 GB, or several Terabytes), just send me a direct message! I will create a Custom Offer with a discounted bulk price and a comfortable timeframe for your project.
