Will the system be customized?
Yes. The Standard and Premium packages are customized to the project type, reporting cycle, stakeholders and available project information. The Basic package is a review and gap-analysis service.
What file formats will I receive?
Depending on the selected package, deliverables may be provided in editable Microsoft Excel and Word formats, together with PDF copies where appropriate.
Does this include a Primavera P6 programme?
No. This Gig covers project-controls and reporting systems. Preparation of a detailed Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project baseline programme can be priced separately after reviewing the project scope.
Does this include delay claims or EOT analysis?
No. Delay analysis, extension-of-time assessments and contractual claims are separate specialist services. Please contact me for a customized offer if your project requires claim or delay support.
