What do you need to get started on my project?
To begin work I will need: Your project's requirements and a clear description of your vision. Any existing architectural plans, sketches, or reference images. And If available, a mood board or specific materials/color palette you have in mind.
Does this gig include Rendering
The basic package doesn't include rendering While the Standard and premium does include renders. but no Walkthrough video. Walkthrough video is an additional service.
What File formats do you work with?
I primarily work with files from Revit, Rhino, Sketchup and AutoCAD. I can also import files from other 3d software. For final delivery, I can provide rendered images in common formats like JPEG and PNG. I can also provide the 3D model in formats like RVT, FBX, or DWG upon request.
Can you make revisions to the model or render?
Yes, revisions are included in my service. Each project typically include one revision to ensure you are fully satisfied with the final result. Major changes after the initial concept is approved may be subject to an additional fee, but this will always be discussed with you beforehand.
What if my project is a simple concept and I don't have any drawings?
That's not a problem! I can work from sketches, reference images, or even just a detailed description of your idea. Just send me what you have, and we can discuss how to best bring your concept to life.
Do you provide commercial use rights for the final work?
Yes, all final work delivered will come with full commercial use rights. You are free to use the renders and models for your portfolio, marketing materials, or any other commercial purpose.
