The hard part is not reading the document. It is being right every time.


Most extraction tools give you a plausible looking result with no way to know if it is correct. I build routing so each document only sees the schema relevant to it, and a verification pass that checks the output and flags anything incomplete before it reaches you. You get a confidence signal, not just an answer.


My email extraction pipeline runs at 96% schema validation accuracy, including on documents with deliberately misleading content. I have also built vision based extraction for photographed and scanned pages where there is no clean text layer.
