FAQ
Do I need my own API keys?
Yes, and that is deliberate. You own the accounts and the billing, so you are never locked into me. I will walk you through creating each key and setting spend limits during setup.
Can you work with GPT or Gemini instead of Claude?
Yes. I build against OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and open models, and I often build a router so you can switch providers without touching the rest of the system.
What if the agent breaks after delivery?
Premium includes 30 days of bug support at no cost. On Basic and Standard I fix genuine defects in delivered work free; new features are a new order.
Will this replace my team?
Usually no, and I will say so upfront. Agents are best at high-volume repetitive work with clear success criteria. I scope to that and tell you where a human still has to sit in the loop.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. Send it before we start and I will sign through Fiverr. I do not reuse client code or data in other projects.
