FAQ
Will you just add retries to make tests pass?
No. Retries hide real problems. I fix the cause, such as timing, selectors, shared data or environment, so a failure means a real bug. Retries are only used as a safety net in CI, never as the fix.
What access do you need?
Read access to the test repo (or a zip), the list of flaky tests or a failing CI run link, and a test environment URL with test accounts. I never need production data or admin credentials.
