We incorporate UX best practices and can map user flows, but formal user research and testing are separate services. We can recommend partners or methodologies if needed.

Primary deliverables are Figma files. Your developers can export assets in any format they need (SVG, PNG, PDF, etc.). For web projects, we can also deliver HTML/CSS if that's part of the scope.

Absolutely. If you have an existing system, we'll extend it. If it needs restructuring for scalability, we'll recommend improvements (extra costs may applied).
