I spent 20 years managing fermentations, tracking grape maturity, and running laboratory routines across Australia, the US, Chile, France and Argentina. I’ve also been on the other side of the desk: running my own commercial winery, handling everything from winemaking to public sales and administration. I know exactly what it feels like when the harvest approaches and operations spin into chaos. I know the stress of repeating guidelines 20 times to a temporary team, the exhaustion of making critical decisions at 3 a.m., and the frustration of watching an independent winery’s growth stall because the owner is trapped putting out daily operational fires. That is why I shifted my focus to Productivity Coaching. Today, I help small to medium-sized business and independent professionals build simple, bulletproof systems to regain control of their time. I don't teach you how to do your job—you are already an expert at that. I teach you how to structure your internal communication, automate your repetitive administrative tasks, and optimize your team’s focus so that your business can thrive without taking away your health or your life.
