What do I need to provide to get started?
Just your data (Excel, CSV, or database access) and your goal, what you want the dashboard to show or answer. Tool preference and branding are optional. I'll take it from there.
What if my data is not clean or structured properly?
No problem, that's actually part of the job. Send it over as is and I'll handle the cleaning, structuring, and preparation myself before building anything.
Can you create real-time dashboards with auto-refreshing data?
Yes. I can connect to live data sources and set up scheduled or real-time refresh in Power BI or Tableau, so your dashboard updates automatically without manual work on your end.
Will I be able to update the dashboard on my own?
Yes. I'll build it so you can update the underlying data yourself and the dashboard refreshes automatically. If you'd like, I can also walk you through it after delivery.
Do you provide training on how to use the dashboard?
Yes. I include a walkthrough after delivery so you know how to use and navigate the dashboard. If you want deeper training on the tool itself, I also offer Tableau, Power BI, and Excel lessons via Zoom.
Can you integrate multiple data sources into one dashboard?
Yes. I can join or blend multiple sources, Excel, SQL, cloud storage, APIs, into a single unified dashboard.
What if I need modifications after the project is completed?
I offer free revisions within the agreed scope. If additional changes are needed after final delivery, I’m happy to assist with an additional charge.
