Enclosures usually fail for boring reasons: no draft, walls that sink, a board that doesn't fit, or a sheet metal box with no bend relief.

I'm a mechanical engineer and product designer. I design PCB enclosures, plastic enclosures, electronics housings and sheet metal parts that a molder, print service or fabrication shop can quote from.

WHAT I DESIGN

- PCB and IoT enclosures built around your board's STEP file

- Plastic housings for injection molding or 3D printing: draft, even walls, ribs, bosses, snap fits

- Sheet metal enclosures and brackets: bend radii, reliefs, PEM hardware

- Port cutouts, standoffs, vents and gasket grooves

YOU RECEIVE

- Editable SolidWorks or Fusion 360 file plus STEP

- DXF flat patterns for sheet metal, STL for test prints

- PDF drawings with tolerances, materials and finishes

SCOPE

Design and design-rule checks only. IP ratings and certification need physical testing.
