As the founder of Globix Technologies, I help businesses identify opportunities to use AI and automation to reduce repetitive work, improve efficiency, and streamline business processes. I design and implement practical AI solutions including AI agents, customer support automation, company knowledge assistants, sales and lead automation, document processing, workflow automation, and AI-powered business assistants. My work focuses on understanding the business problem first and then designing a solution around the company's existing processes, information, and systems. I also work with businesses that want to introduce AI without giving unrestricted access to sensitive databases. For knowledge-based solutions, approved company documents, FAQs, manuals, SOPs, and other business information can be used to build useful AI assistants without requiring direct database access. My goal is simple: make AI useful, measurable, and connected to real business outcomes.
