FAQ
What do you need from me to start?
Three things. Your training material: slides, handbook, rules or notes. Who will watch it (role, site, language). Your logo and brand colors, if any. PDF, Word or PowerPoint files are all fine.
Who writes the script?
I do, from your material, in plain words for your staff. I never add or change a rule. Your compliance, HR or safety lead checks the script before I build the video.
Is the voice AI or human?
AI by default. You pick the voice from samples before I start. Want a human voice, or your own? Message me with the length and language and I will send a custom offer.
Will our LMS track who passed?
Yes, in Standard and Premium. Each video ships as a SCORM 1.2 package with a scored quiz, plus the MP4. I test the first package on SCORM Cloud. Basic is an MP4 only.
What do the videos look like?
2D animated explainers in your brand, with your key rules on screen. Icons and simple figures move with the voice. I add diagrams and stock video, then a recap. Each video is a full lesson, up to 4 min.
Can you do more than one video, or a full program?
Yes. Standard is 4 videos with a quiz each. Premium is 10 videos, quizzes and a final test. Bigger programs run as a custom offer with milestones. Scripts first, then videos in batches.
How many revisions do I get, and what counts as one?
Basic 2, Standard 3, Premium 4. One revision is one round of notes on the final video. Each video also gets a draft round first.
Do we own the files?
Yes. You get the MP4, the script, the voice audio, the source files and any SCORM package. When a rule changes, send me the new version and I quote a small update.
Can you deliver faster?
Yes. Extra fast delivery is a gig extra. It holds only if your lead signs off the script within 1 working day. Message me with your deadline first.
Can you do it in French, Spanish or Arabic?
Yes. I script and voice videos in English, French, Spanish and Arabic. Each package covers one language. A second language comes as a custom offer.
