you choose basic if you just want an educational model, not fully accurate, but the aim of it is to show the internal organelles and the whole components. Medium and pro are when you need a medical model that can be used in exhibitions and labs.
What do you get?
Basically, you get the STL file only print-ready, which means no colors or render. But still, you can ask for a rendered image for the organism or the model or even animation i provide this too for extra fees
