PACKAGE SCOPE
Basic: one defined issue on one server, up to 1 hour of diagnosis and agreed remediation.
Standard: one new AD DS/DNS server with Windows already installed, up to 10 user accounts, basic OU/group structure and GPO, up to 3 hours.
Premium: agreed AD/DNS/DHCP/GPO fixes and security hardening on one existing server, up to 4 hours. Tasks and validation are agreed before ordering.
Basic includes a brief work summary. Standard and Premium include a configuration summary. Each package includes one revision within the agreed scope.
Migrations, additional servers, multi-site domains, Hyper-V/RDS deployments, disaster recovery, and larger projects require a separate custom quote. Hardware and software licenses are excluded.
Please contact me first with your server version, server/user count, and requirements. You provide licensed systems, approved remote access, and current backups. We agree access, scope, testing, and any production maintenance window before work starts.

FAQ
Can you set up a new Windows Server from scratch?
Standard covers AD DS/DNS configuration on one server with Windows already installed, up to 10 user accounts and 3 hours. It includes a basic OU/group structure and GPO. OS installation, additional servers, and more extensive deployments need a custom quote.
Can you fix an existing Active Directory or DNS issue?
Yes. I can troubleshoot AD replication, DNS resolution, DHCP scope issues, GPO application problems, RDP access, domain join issues, and general Windows Server errors.
Can you migrate an old Domain Controller to a new server?
Yes, through a separate custom offer after reviewing AD health, server count, DNS/DHCP dependencies, replication, backups, and the cutover plan. Domain-controller and server migrations are not included in the fixed packages.
Do you provide security hardening?
Premium includes agreed hardening tasks on one existing server, within 4 hours. We select the relevant GPO, firewall, audit, RDP, SMB, or administrative-access controls before ordering. A complete compliance assessment or formal security audit is quoted separately.
Do you work on production environments?
Yes. For production environments, I first review the current setup, confirm backup availability, identify risks, and define the safest implementation or troubleshooting plan.
Do I need to contact you before ordering?
Yes. Send your Windows Server version, server/user count, issue, and required outcome. We agree the tasks, included hours, prerequisites, access, and delivery time. One revision covers the original scope; extra tasks or hours require an additional agreed offer.
What access do you need?
Usually, I need secure remote access through any approved method. Admin credentials should be provided securely by the client.
Do you provide documentation?
Yes. Basic packages include a short summary. Standard and Premium packages include a clearer configuration summary or technical report, depending on the scope.
Can you configure Hyper-V or RDS?
Yes. New Hyper-V or RDS deployments are quoted separately after reviewing hosts, VMs, users, licensing, storage, and network requirements. Troubleshooting one defined issue may fit Basic if agreed beforehand. Full deployments are not included in fixed packages.
What is not included?
Fixed packages exclude migrations, additional servers, multi-site deployments, full Hyper-V/RDS setups, disaster recovery, hardware, and software licenses. Extra hours, new features, and unrelated issues need an agreed custom offer. No unlimited support is included.
