I will do sheet metal design and dxf for laser cutting

About this gig
Message me before ordering so I can quote accurately and start right away.
I design manufacturing-ready sheet metal parts, from a bracket to a full enclosure, and deliver files your fabricator can use immediately: 3D CAD models, DXF flat patterns for laser/CNC cutting, dimensioned drawings, and bending instructions.
WHAT I OFFER
3D CAD modeling (Autodesk Inventor)
DXF/DWG flat patterns for laser, CNC, or waterjet cutting
Manufacturing drawings: assembly, part, detail views
Bending drawings with correct order, angle, direction
Material & gauge thickness guidance
Design for Manufacturing (DFM) review
Nesting optimization for multi-part orders
Reverse engineering from photos or measurements
IDEAL FOR: startups, makers, and companies needing a fabricator-ready design fast.
MY PROCESS
1. Message me your idea, sketch, or reference part
2. I confirm scope, material, and timeline
3. I model it in Inventor with proper sheet metal features
4. You receive DXF, drawings, and 3D model, with revisions until happy
SOFTWARE: Autodesk Inventor | Formats: STEP, DXF/DWG, PDF, IPT/IAM (SolidWorks .sldprt on request)
Let's turn your idea into a production-ready design.

FAQ
What information do you need to start?
Anything works. a photo, hand sketch, written description, or an existing PDF/DXF/STEP/CAD file. The more detail, the faster and more accurate the quote.
Do I need to contact you before ordering?
For anything beyond a very simple single part, yes. message me first so we agree on scope, material, and price. This avoids delays or cancellations later
Are the DXF files ready for laser cutting?
Yes. clean, production-ready flat patterns with no overlapping geometry or construction lines left in.
Do you include bending details?
Yes — bend order, angle, and direction are documented so your fabricator's operator can follow it without guessing.
Can you convert my 3D model or STEP file into a sheet metal part?
Yes — send the file and I'll rebuild it with proper sheet metal features and generate the flat pattern.
Can you revise or redesign an existing design?
Yes — send the current files and let me know what needs to change.
Do you check if the part can actually be manufactured (DFM)?
On Standard and Premium, yes — I review bend radii, hole placement near bends, and minimum flange length so the design doesn't fail at the fabricator.
What if my project has more than 10 parts or is more complex?
Message me with details and I'll send a custom offer scoped to your project.
Can I get a native SolidWorks (.sldprt) file instead of Inventor?
Yes — I primarily work in Autodesk Inventor, but I can provide a genuine SolidWorks source file if you specifically need one. Just mention it before ordering.
How is pricing determined?
Base packages cover the listed scope; complexity, part count, and timeline beyond that are quoted after we discuss your project.
