Can you forward messages between private channels I don't own?
No. Forwarding requires the bot to be a member (or admin) of both the source and destination. I can only work with channels and groups where you have the ability to add bots. Accessing private channels without permission is against Telegram's terms of service and not something I will do.
Will the bot keep running after delivery, or does it need someone to babysit it
All bots I deliver are deployed in webhook mode on your server or VPS, meaning they run as a persistent service — not a script you manually start. If you don't have a server, I can help you choose a cheap VPS option (Hetzner, DigitalOcean) or I can deploy to a free-tier platform where suitable. I'll
