About this gig

I will build a custom AI voice agent that handles inbound inquiries, qualifies incoming leads, and books appointments directly into your calendar 24/7/365with human-like inflection and near-zero latency. Whether you need an automated cold-calling system, an inbound customer support receptionist, outbound calls, or a smart qualification pipeline, I combine AI automation engines with robust CRM workflows to scale your sales operations on autopilot.

Service Offers:

  • Intelligent AI Voice Agent Setup: Natural sounding, low-latency conversational bots tailored to your industry.
  • Automated Lead Generation & Qualification: The AI engages prospects, asks specific qualifying questions, filters out bad leads, and tags hot prospects.
  • Hands-Free Appointment Booking: Direct integration with your calendar apps so hot leads can book meetings mid-call.
  • Flawless CRM Workflows: Automatic logging of call transcripts, summaries, and lead statuses straight into your CRM (HubSpot, Monday.com, etc.).
  • Custom Logic & Guardrails: Advanced system prompts engineered to handle objections, FAQ routing, and switch paths gracefully.
