I will write a developer ready srs and brd for your erp or custom software project
Chief Business Officer
About this Gig
A spec that reads well but can't be built is worse than no spec. Developers quote wrong, scope drifts, and you pay twice.
I write requirements documents that became production systems including a manufacturing tracking platform now running with ~50 daily users, and a 14-module ERP replacing a legacy system of 17,000+ forms.
WHAT YOU GET
Scope and objectives
Functional requirements with testable acceptance criteria
User roles and permissions matrix
Process flows and module dependencies
Integration and data migration notes
Out-of-scope list so your developer can't bill you for "extras" that were always included
Editable Word file plus PDF
WHY ME
B.Tech and M.Tech in Information Technology, plus an LL.B. I've closed enterprise software contracts at Managing Director level and carried those same projects through build, UAT and client sign-off myself. That means requirements written to be built, not just read with acceptance criteria a developer can actually test against.
SCOPE
Basic covers 1 module. Standard up to 5. Premium up to 15. Message me first for anything larger, or if you're unsure which package fits.

FAQ
I only have a rough idea — is that enough?
Yes. Most clients start there. The requirements form covers the discovery questions, and I'll follow up on anything unclear before drafting.
Can developers actually build from this?
That's the point. Acceptance criteria are written to be testable, and dependencies are mapped so work can be sequenced properly.
Do you include diagrams?
Yes — process flows in Standard, plus module dependency maps in Premium. Extra illustrations can be added as a gig extra.
How is this different from an AI-generated document?
Generic drafts look complete but miss workflow logic, edge cases, and the constraints that break projects mid-build. I work from actual discovery and delivery experience.
